The only way things are going to change is if we get the money out of politics. When companies are allowed to write our laws, like Citicorp just did in the budget funding bill that just passed, there's no hope for any improvement. There will be more trade treaties and more outsourcing, until there are only the billionaires and the working poor left. Anyone that thinks the answer is allowing companies to pollute more doesn't understand what's going on.

All the EPA has managed to do is push the problem across oceans to lands are have even less regulation.

And the situation isn't limited to brake rotors. All your electronic devices, appliances, whatever, are now being made offshore, where pollution regulations are non-existent.....
