I'm going to ignore you just said that....

I'd want more info before making the choice.

That's kind of my hesitation. My FRC is what GM use to make or turn into a Z.
As for your other choice options... I've already owned a coupe. Don't care to own one again. I don't car for the verts. Same water leak problems as a coupe with the removable roof. ALWAYS a potential for leaks.

Can't think of why the other guy is trading his Z06 unless he really prefers white.

The car has a p1518 code issue. its a sensor that needs replacing. I can get the sensor through a buddy that works at a local stealership here. Not a big deal.

And 95rtturbo.... I KNOW the history of BOTH cars !
You asked us a question and seems like your getting all bent out of shape when we give you an answer other than a simple yes or no.
The question is very vague with little details to go on so it isn't just a simple yes or no question without knowing what mods / condition both cars are in.

If I had the chance to do that swap...mmm

2000....13k to 18k
2001 Z06....18K to 23K

You do the math... on the "worth it" question

In simple terms...No. I can buy a silver C5Z any day of the week......if I already have a white FRC....I am a happy guy and will get to work getting it where it needs to be.

Nope. If for no other reason than the '01 Zs are specifically known (and documented) for oil burning problems.

Flip a coin. FRCs are totally cool and very unique. 01 is the first Z06. I like em both. I sure wouldn't trade based merely on stock vs stock performance.
