Yep it works great thru the radio , plus it sounds better than the CD player if you use the 192 KB or larger files instead of the standard 128 ITUNES compressed files
There have been reports of this interface running the battery down over time
Its not the interface , its because if you leave your IPOD/ITOUCH/IPHONE plugged in the interface will continue to charge it. if you don't drive the car much it will kill the battery
Depending on how dead the Iphone/Itouch battery is it can be up to a two amp draw and then a continuous milliamp draw after that
I was having battery troubles just after install , after a week my car would not start .I never had problems before and then I found out that my old generation one Itouch had a bad battery in it and would not stay charged.
I now use my newer ITOUCH and don't have any more problems

Sweet I just noticed in your picture u are using the anolog head phone jack. That will not allow you to use the controls on the on the head unit . You need to have the 30 pin or the new lightning cable
