tried to put in some led reverse lights.....they didn't work at all..bought silverstar lights and they work, but only when in reverse. I have approach ON.
now, recently my drls stopped working.
also, I have euro tails and when I hit the brake the signals come on with the brake light.
both sides work when only the signal is used.....hit the brake and everything comes on
I would start by putting all back to conventional lighting. What works and doesn't work then. I gave up on LED lighting and am back to stock. Everything works now
LOL
they reverse lights where the first and ONLY lights that I tried. so only thing I have is "cool blue" replacement bulbs in the reverse lights. so I dunno
from what I understand, everyone wants their drls off, but I don't mind them cause they are just what I expect to see when I see a vette coming at me.
BUT, the euro tail light stuff is dumb......I cant have the amber bulbs lighting up when I hit the brakes/.
DRL and reverse lights are back on when I use the fob.....BUT the amber turn signals still light up when brake is applied....maybe a harness issue directly related to the euro lights and they have always been doing this LOL????
funny part is, the FIRST and LAST time I let someone drive the car is when I noticed the brake/signal issue
For the Euro tail lights with the proper harness, a white wire on the brake pedal under the dash needs to be cut. This separates the turn signal and brake lights.
If the brake and turn lamps are on when the brakes are applied this is your issue. Fix this and all should work properly.
