I assume Shop-Rite is a grocery store or something similar. As long as they are careful where they park, all may be OK.

About 60% of the people who see the car for the first time ask me, "Aren't you afraid to drive/park it at XXXXX?"
Standard reply, "Which part of 'my only car' did you not understand?"

That is what people who have daily drivers do. We drive them every where.

I park mine anywhere I need to go in a spot that I would park any other car and it's faired pretty well.

I take mine everywhere, but I do take precautions where I park it. It's too easy not to see these low cars from an SUV or pickup. It does only take one careless driver to ruin your year.

Let's see, today I took the Vette to:

*Whataburger drive through
*Harbor Freight (Labor day sale!)
*Grocery store
*O'Reilly's

I would have taken it to the beach after that but the Camaro hadn't run in a while and needed some love. I just park far away from everyone else and hope for the best.

I remember last fall someone went to wally world in the Vette and parked miles away. Someone towing a boat clipped the front end.

What good is it if you're afraid to use and enjoy it. I'm not saying be cautious and smart I'm saying don't be so caught up in it that it takes the fun out of it.

In JR's pic above the C5 is the only car in a good spot. The driveway looks down hill and I have seen those shopping carts head right down hill...especially if there is a little wind.
