We bought ours from Z06 parts. It was the one for $399 and I feel it is aworht it. The carpet is a perfect match and it also comes with 3 rear covers. The car is so quiet that to hear the sweet sound of exhaust, you have to roll down the window.

They REALLY do cut the noise, the one I got from Z06 Parts.. fits very well, top snaps in place, bottom has some velcro to hold it in, easy to get in and out if you want but stays in place real well. Try it, You'll like it!! :flag

They REALLY do cut the noise, the one I got from Z06 Parts.. fits very well, top snaps in place, bottom has some velcro to hold it in, easy to get in and out if you want but stays in place real well. Try it, You'll like it!! :flag

i've heard Vette Essentails is coming out with one.

Rumor has it this one's going to be LIGHT WEIGHT (you shouldn't worry about having your head lopped off anymore if the partition goes fying), should have SPACE AGE SOUND DEADENING (not a board in carpet), and will be MUCH CHEAPER than that $400 junk (I call it junk only 'cause it's a crime to charge Vette owners that much for those) out there.

I have one. I bought it as my first mod. MAN the Z06 has a lot of noise coming from the trunk.
I don't completely agree with some of the other posters - it doesn't silence the car. The exhaust is still quite loud, but it does a world of good!
Only problem, it is HEAVY. 15 lbs I think UPS says...
I am going to try to make my own a little lighter and see. However, other than weight, I have nothing but good to say about the partition. Looks good, and works!

I was thinking of getting one too ,do they really cut the nosie down ....and will they come lose after a few hard down hill runs . :cool:
I have done some spirited driving and the only thing I have ever had to do was adjust the bottom slightly afterwards.
I like the thing, but it is heavy!
