Just an FYI never turn the steering wheel with the key turned off if you got a steering luck deal on your Corvette ,that will trigger the alert and Bam hard to get it to turn off.. Will not hurt anything just a pain ,mine stayed on for two weeks then went off..

Have finally hit my vette steering lock fixed with the install of theLMC5. Pretty simple install even for someone with little mechanic know how. Just looking for some direction with the steering relay connection. Given I have bypassed the BCM Do I need to put this connection together again. At the moment it is separated and working fine, but unsure if I connect together again whether it will cause any issues. Cheers.
