6'4" here and no problems with my two C5s. But, like TorchRed said, no way with a helmet on.

6'2" with a vert and the only complaint I have is when the top is down I like to have the sunvisors flipped forward (towards the windshield so they don't look goofy hanging out in mid air) but this cut's down on my view of stoplights. I need to flip them back and up a bit to keep them out of the field of view.

Plenty of headroom with the top up. Plenty of foot room to stretch them out. With the seat all the way back I can just barely hit the floor with the clutch but I keep the seat forward an inch or so to keep my knee somewhat bent for better clutch control.

Your going to love it. Congrats on the car!
