Here are some popular vendors:

Bob at House of Wheels
CCW
Double D Mods
Need4Speed Motorsports

and there are many other vendors that sell wheels that you can consider.

Jason @ Get Your Wheels

Just bought a set from him. Great to work with and quick turn around. Highly recommend and he's a forum vendor.

All boils down to how much you want to spend. Wheel diameter/width, plus tire brand/size are all part of the $ equation.

Got mine (18/19) as a package through Tire rack. Mounted, balanced and new TPMS sensors installed. It's the easy way to do it. Not expensive either (except for the new Michelin Pilots of course....).

I personally would keep eye out in the for sale section, you can some extremely nice wheels at good discounts used. I bought a set of forgelines for $2200 and they would have $5500 or more new.
