Low oil level HELP

UPDATE : Still on , installed new GM Oil level indicator 6 1/2 qtrs. oil new filter drove it 10 miles every 3 miles Bam comes on hit reset goes off 3 miles Bam comes back on drive and runs good whatever .. I can't find anything about how to reset the thing ???

One guy disconnected his battery for a few hours and it stayed off and another kept resetting it several times until it finally stayed off. Sounds like the computer will eventually figure out all is well and turn off the warning. Did you ever pull your codes?

Thanks for all the help from everybody the last time it came on it stayed on for to weeks with me driving it from time to time , getting a retuned Wed. LMR in Houston lets see how smart they are . if it was low on oil I would never know it the warning light is on all the time I guess something got to live with this C-5 Z have no props. otherwise . well after the new cam smoking the rear tires , I don't know if that a problem or not OK buying the tires that's the problem ..Thanks ..
