I Just Broke Down and Installed My old Seat module Back under the new Seat...Steering wheel Telescopic works Just fine Now...Only Thing I guess will not Work would be The Seat Position Sensor for the Airbag...which I am not worried about...Main problem I had is I had the wheel a Little closer to me with the Stock Seats..and with the new Corbeau's it seemed a Little to close...So Now it's Just fine...Started Car...No warning Lights...Thanks for The Info...

Just be aware that your oem safety system was designed and tested for accidents with oem seats. Most people also believe leave your oem system stock or go 100% and do seat/5 or 6 point harnesses/roll bar or cage. You may have safety issues when you mix and match.

Bottomline is...do whatever you are comfortable with.
I can't remember if the C5's have the weight sensor in the seats or not. If so, thats another factor that the car takes in to account when deploying the airbag.
