I understand how you feel. The driver of the SUV could have felt it was just another parking space, but no need to park that close to where there was a chance of door dings. Plus making it difficult for you to get into the car was very inconsiderate.
Glad you didn't receive any dings or scratches. This kinda stuff never fails when you think you have a "safe" parking spot.
This happened to me a few months back. I stayed surprisingly calm considering how intentional it looked.
I had seen this many times on my local mall, soccer mom that make the turn and that's the way they leave the flipping car. One time I saw one that did that and kept the car next to it from pulling out. I don't know what happen when the person came back but the other dude was crazy mad.

Well if you were in either the subway or the t-mobile, then you clearly have terrible taste and got what you deserved. Not sure what press for less is either but it seems like a mistake too.
I just scratch my head when I see that. My blood boils quick sometimes, but there are too many cameras around these days to get creative.
Yep thats the problem, and as we get older our rational mind starts to speak a little louder then in years past , and we realize its better to just brush it off and go about our day
I still cant say I wouldnt enjoy to see their reaction after they come back to realize someone has accidentally poured a gallon of paint stripper all over their vehicle, but maybe thats just me

as far as fast food goes subway is one of the lesser evils
Their tuna is actually free of any chemicals and preservatives , although the rest of their meat is on par with the same stuff your dog eats out of the can

Reason: too many typos
It happens to me all the time I'll park in remote spot and people go out of there way to park right next to me just to be an AZZ hole 'jealousy' usual comes to mind!
In looking at that SUV with the little 25 kids window sticker, I would assume that is some dude who envy's what you have and hates that he has to drive an old Toyota Highlander... That was deliberate! You actually left all kinds of room and that *** hat intentionally parked on top of you. What a douche!
That or totally oblivious to the rest of the world and/or simply could care less. I specifically picked the end spot so I could crowd the other side of the parking spot to give anyone who parked next to me plenty of room to open their door. Never fails.

I'm not a big fan of touching someone else's stuff even if they've disrespected my stuff. These types of people aren't even worth engaging with for the most part. With that said, I've made verbal comments in the past but that's way different than physically touching someone else's stuff.

I actually had a hard time pulling out! Had to cut the wheel all the way and creep out of the spot. Ridiculous.

Lol, sorry to disappoint you but we were in Chili's for a cheap lunch date. It was also pretty early in the day so most spots were vacant So I figured it would be fine. I normally don't take this car out for food runs exactly because of this reason.

For the record, I like Subway
I'll eat subway in a pinch, but when you need as much food as I eat every day, spending $10 on a mediocre(at best) sandwich and no drink makes you angry.
I go to harris teeter instead, where I can get a better sub for cheaper, and park my vette 3/4 of a mile from the nearest car
@ Hoosiervette and @ BlackandTan2004 -
Luckily I don't weigh as much as I did 3 years ago, but I help onto the door while opening as much as I could while smashing my fingers a bit with the truck. Didn't want to ding my car, so my fingers took some pressure.
@ Black02 - Wow, that's just being a dick. So much room on that left side of the truck.
So many ideas running through my head, but no decided to be the 'bigger' person. Yet makes me wonder what is wrong with society sometimes. The nerve.

Best sandwich I've ever had was from Snarf's Sandwiches. Wish we had a location here.
I need to eat less food, not more, so subway is a good way to limit my intake of calories when I'm counting.
So yea this happened today. Parked far away, went in to eat, came back out and struggled like hell to get in. Grrrrwwwww..
P.S. What made it worse was that all of the parking spaces on my side were made for COMPACT cars too. No respect at all. The nerve of some people. Luckily no dings.
I was at lunch the other day and parked my Vette in the last stall and far to the right which put me further from the spot to my left. As I was sitting there, I watched a beat up older car pull into a spot two spaces away from mine. There were three very heavy set people in the car. The two in the front looked over at my car, pulled out of the spot they were in and proceeded to park right next to my car.
I watched as two of the very large people on the passenger side, flung open their doors. They opened them so hard the doors swung back towards them so they had to open them twice.
Thankfully, I had parked far enough to the left that the doors narrowly missed my car. If they had parked as close as your photo, they would have left some damage.
I just don't get people. They have no sense about them.

There are a lot of jealous, envious, malicious, peolple out there.
I have told this story before, got to the golf course and a guy parked a few spots down from me walked by and said it must be nice to be rich !!!!!
I replied you paid way more for your Malibu than I paid for this and it is(at the time) fifteen years old !!!!! he said RIGHT it's your story ???
I'll bet the person was on the phone or texting while parking. Idiots.
SUVs will not crank or run without the Cell Phone on either in conversation mode or text mode. Just watch while they are driven and you will see for yourself!
Sorry but this kind of reckless disregard when parking, happens all of the time. Just because others care nothing for their rides, does not mean everyone shares their opinion.
SUV drivers are without a doubt, the absolute worst.

I keep a handful of these business cards in my glovebox. It won't make bad parkers any better, but it makes me feel better knowing I was able to let them know what idiots they are.
...and I have some that are much more profane for the real idiots.
