Battery
My wife has a 99 6 speed conv and there is a problem with the electrical system.I had a battery tender on it for a long time because she doesn't drive it. Recently the battery tender went from green to red. I used another battery tender to see if the old tender was the problem.It took 2 days for it to turn green.I thought everything was ok, but when she had it out today, her display showed, low voltage,and her hud display was changed. She had to reset that twice.The low voltage went off the screen in about 5 seconds. when it was back in the garage, I put the voltage on and cranked it. It showed 9.6 to start and went up to 13.5. Is that a battery problem? Thanks

Take the battery to a place like an auto parts store and ask them to test the battery - they usually do it for free. That will tell you if you have a bad cell and need a new battery.
