Did you know if you hit a full sized traffic cone at 65+ MPH that it will shatter the cover where the front licence plate goes?
I went to pass a large vehicle on the freeway and as soon as I changed lanes, there was the traffic cone on it's side in the middle of the lane.
Apparently someone lost about 3 of them, I had seen one earlier sitting the middle of the middle lane on the freeway.
So anyway, what are my options here? What does the front license plate bracket look like? I used to have the body color filler panel in there , but I saw that explode in to multiple flying yellow pieces.

Were you running a front plate? If not and you are talking about the cover that is embossed with the Corvette script on it, then you might be able to find a used one in the C5 Parts for Sale section or you can try one of the used parts vendors on the forum just like Bill Curlee said. If you are talking about the black surround that a front plate slide into, then same advice as above.
