What was your FIRST mod?
I remember buying my C5 with intent of daily driving and leaving it stock. That literally lasted 2 weeks. First mod?
Hurst Shifter. Couldn't stand how sloppy the stocker was. Kinda ballooned from there.
What was your "first???"

Lloyds Matts, rear spoiler, Vararam and MGW shifter all ordered at the same time. The car had B&B exhaust when I bought it. These mods were followed by a COW tune shortly thereafter. After the tune I added a C7 to the mix.

First mod was lowering it on the stock bolts, then wheels.

Smart guy. Knock on wood I still don't have one in my car and have never once experienced an issue. I do stay very conscious about not pulling or tugging on the steering wheel with the key in the ignition on start or shut down.

Le Mans Master
Skip shift eliminator, which was later made redundant with tune (headers, X, cats). Forcing me to shift 1-4, uh, nope.

I collected the parts before I actually paid for the car....and had them installed prior to me picking the car up from the importer. ( I'd already put down 50% to hold )
CCW rims and tires
Bilstein gas shocks
Drilled and slotted rotors
Corsa xtreme catback
Radioflyer DRLs
LMC5
RPI painted coil covers
Various under hood dress up stuff
Powder coated the calipers
Removed the BSMs
And that was just the start LOL

I have a 2002 MY coupe, factory ordered and bought new. It may have 15,000 miles on it. Forget last time I drove it to see I passed that number. It is stock and as original as the day it left Bowl Green some fourteen years ago. The interior still smells like a hint of newness. I love that way.
