Just installed LG street headers...I'm suprised, thought the craftsmanship would have been a little better. Front sensor bungs seem to be off, had to pry like crazy to get the sensors in, and once instalked they have a lot of pressure on them. Also, front passenger plug wire rests on header tube snuggly.
Are there after market plugs or sensors I can get to eliminate these issues ?
My brother-in-laws, son-in-laws uncle... phew... has LG streets on his Z. Spoke to him last year, he said the fit'n'finish definitely wasn't what he was expecting and hoping for from such a reputable company. He also bought new. The problems mentioned by the OP sound familiar actually...

must be an issue with just the streets then, the fit and finish of the superpros isn't lacking in my opinion... LG has great customer service, call or pm Anthony

Shoot me a PM with your details (order details.). Those 02 sensors should not be hitting each other and to my knowledge I have not seen a spark plug wire hit the header tube before.
I had the LG Street Series with HF Cats and X-Pipe with none of the issues mentioned here. They were easy to install on my 00 6 speed vert and also did Z06 Ti's and they sounded great.

I've got streets on my car now for several years and have not had any of the OP's problems. None of my wires hit any of the tubes and I didn't have any issues with the O2's either. The only thing I didn't like is the supplied clamps so I just bought a set of different clamps. After many years even the finish is holding up pretty well and I don't get under my car to polish them.

you could get some msd wires, they are the only ones I know of that you can bend and that would probably give you enough clearance if it ever became a problem
I too had the Super Pro's... and the Streets at one time. I do recall one of the plug wires resting against the collector. ( top of boot). Today I am running AR 1 7/8's and I still have one of my plug wires barely touching the collector... (top of boot).. Never really been an issue... "for me"
That is exactly how mine was.... It became an issue while in eureka springs for the annual car show... On the drive home it began ark ing... Made it home,,, threw a new plug wire on.. good to go... I have since installed AR 1 7/8, Katech coil relocation kit... No more issues.

Exactly how mine is except on the passenger side, first plug at front.
Just got email from the seller that LG is sending replacement part (s), as well as giving me a store credit. Thanks Anthony ! Although not to excited about swapping out lol, I do appreciate the MFG following through quickly to resolve the issues.
LG sent me new headers, thanks Anthony, installed today...
02 sensors connect without touching by about a millimeter. Still have the same plug resting on the header tube issue...its actually tighter than before ugghh.
Guess I'll try to live with it, not pulling them off again.
Get some Coolsox to insulate that wire from the header, or get aftermarket wires with a 45 degree bend to clear the header. I've had the Coolsox for over 10 years, and MSD wires, and no problems. I've got the older version of Pros, and they're the best, IMO.
