I would lean toward the first one- Good color, 6 speed and I guarantee you that place will come down significantly on the price- It's been on their lot quite a while. GLWP.

Photos look nice, but looks can be deceiving. Read the stickies at the top of this page. Vehicle history and maintenance records are a must. Have the car checked, bumper to bumper by a shop/tech (Not theirs!) who knows C5's intimately. Ask questions, members of this forum are incredibly helpful. Be very careful, a well chosen C5 is a delight. A problem C5 can be a very expensive and frustrating experience. Good luck and best wishes! By the way, as nice as C5's are, Z06's are an incredible step up if you are someone who really enjoys performance driving.
On this car, interesting actually concerning there are no pics of engine bay, or did I miss them? Also if you go to see this car, look closely at the driver's seat lower bolster, the part you slide out and into the car. Looks to me thier 'detail' man has doctored this pretty heavily and will soon show significant wear.
I just don't trust car dealers any further than I can throw them. I think you will be better served finding a car for sale by owner. Then you can size up the owner as well as the car. My $.02. Best of luck and remember half the fun in in the search.
One last thought on so called standard C5,s (ie not Z06) they will cruise easily in the triple digits, which is far as I know well above any speed limit in the country and a tow and fun ride in a police cruiser if they catch you at it.
