C5 Corvette Urethane Rear Diffuser Kit ( C5 Body )
I would like to share pictures of the VSaero Made in the USA, injection molded PolyUrethane bolt/tape-on diffuser kit for the C5 body Chevrolet Corvette. This is a new part now available for the C5 97-04 Corvette.

Better pictures of the raw part and how it mounts. You can see the tape line where you can use double sided 3M tape (not included) to mount for a flush fit, also there is hardware (included) included to bolt it on to a stock C5 rear bumper to be used in conjunction with tape.

Not a blatant ripoff. The people making the diffuser for pete are also selling it and using 3rd party outlets. You can buy off ebay and amazon now.

What you will notice is a lie is the ebay ad says free shipping. Petes for sale ad shows 559 + 79 shipping for 638 shipped.
On a facebook group a guy luis at vicrez posted the same thing. Posted the link to petes ad on here showing that shipping was hidden charge and his post was removed.

The claim that we would copy a urethane diffuser is a stretch, usually the extremely high cost of US injection molds doesn't make financial sense for any urethane company to copy another, at least they would change the design or offer something slightly different instead of directly competing. This is why you'll rarely find 2 companies in the US with the same Urethane mold as opposed to fiberglass.

You're jumping to a lot of easily disprovable false conclusions here. The pictures were given to us directly from the manufacturer. Did they also distribute the pictures to "pete", I don't see why not.

for the most part i have been defending you as a 3rd party vendor via the people making the diffuser for pete.

$638 to hang that turd on my car with tape and flat washers behind my bumper vents? It isn't even straight and is completely without function. Without a heat shield the mufflers will most likely melt it in about 10 minutes.
