I haven't ceramic coated my c5z but I have ceramic coated my headers
... I highly recommend it if you have the extra cash, it does a really good job of keeping the heat inside the headers instead of the engine bay and also keeps them looking good for years to come... jet-hot does good work but it will end up costing roughly $100 or more than getting them done locally due to shipping there and back... here's a couple pics of my 1 7/8" lg superpros just after getting them back from coating, I was able to find a place locally that does great work
