I Hate the USPS!

That I can deal with. My regular has spoken to the sub. UPS just sucks. Broke both of our house doors. Goes in the garage to leave packages. Delivered a soundbar and left it teetering off our large front porch. Right in sight of everyone who drives by. The soundbar was shipped in the retail box, I'm surprise it was still there.
FedEx- Well they opened up my box. Then put my stuff in a box in someones who lives a mile away from me.

The US budget for 2009 was created in 2008. The wars and recession created the huge deficits. I am a libertarian so I like to stick to the facts. You didn't even know when he was president. Obama took office Jan 2009.Things will never get better until we keep Democrats and Republicans out of government.
Gary Johnson for President.

Time to think BIG
Switzerland does have one thing correct. They are much more advanced version of the "republican"(small-r) form of government.
Their federal government is nearly powerless and only responsible for issues of 'state'. They don't even have a directly elected president, it is just a rotating committee of people from the representative congress.
The individual cantons are totally responsible for themselves. If they want to have a social program they can do so, but they have to raise all the money themselves.
There is no way that 311 million people here can have anything like proper representation in a government, its a total sham. Admit the USA is a totalitarian state, and have more a representatives per state - that can have ratios that actually give citizens more representation than 1 per 1,000,000. The founders thought that 1 per 10,000 was too many people, and now we are many many orders of magnitude less represented by each representative than even that.
It's called the Constitutional Standard of fair representation.
For example, the House of Representatives originally had a ratio of 30,000 to 1. If we still had that today, someone could not get elected unless he lived in your town and operated a business down the street. No amount of TV commercials could change that. But since Congress froze the size of the House a hundred years ago, our vote has steadily been diluted until it is now 700,000 to 1.
When does it become tyranny, 7 million to 1? 70 million to 1?
Similarly, the Senate was meant to represent the states. A senator actually had to meet with 50 or 100 state legislators, and hear their concerns, and represent them properly in Washington, or he was fired.
But today a Senator in California comes to power by direct election in a state with over 30 million people. But that Senator does not represent those people, because it is physically impossible to represent 30 million people.
So then who does she represent? Large corporations and public employees unions. They meet with her, and they voice their concerns, and they dictate the contents of the legislation that gets passed.
Neither the States, nor the People, have any representation in the government. Everything else is just consequences.
People have laughed at those who suggested we go back to the 1914 ratio for the House and have 2500 congressmen. But I'm dead serious.
Also, the 17th amendment changed the nature of Congress.
It also would help with the electoral college "problem."

The important thing is that you're happy with your President for the last 7 years, and would prefer Clinton to ANY Republican. I hope you do vote for Johnson, it will be one less for the obvious.

Bush took office in 2001 look what he did to Clinton's surplus.
The only stupid people are those that actually believe republicans are any better than democrats.
I am done here. It's impossible to debate people that don't rely on facts.
