............This can also be construed as him trying to document a video defense of the issues that have transpired. Be alert to what is going on Cindy, tried to reply, PM box full !!!....
This is the problem with some business and people, is lack of communication. He is communicating now but should have been doing that earlier. Communication helps keep everyone at ease...without proper 2 way communication, rumors and distrust develop and frustration grows. The problem with documenting now as stated above, is the date of his documenting...it's almost 6 months late. But we can see how everyone is more at ease now that we can "see behind the curtain". Pretty obvious he is now trying to crank it out and put this issue to rest. I hope this turns out well as expectations are very high...

HOLY CRAP DUDE! You have time to YACK about painting. Get your lazy a$$ in gear and get the damn car DONE. ENOUGH with the lame *** excuses!
A shop of high school students could have done the job quicker. We will see if your results are better than shop class.
You DEFINE the term "PROCRASTINATION"! I would be ASHAME if I were doing the job!
Could you put a sign on the car that says, Hi, I repaired and painted this Car and it only took me FIVE MONTHS to do it!

I hate to say it, but I had a very similar experience with a small shop. My car was in paint jail forever. Everyone else told me I should sue or that there would be "blood in the water". That is easy to say when it isn't your car, and your not in the middle of it. I was always told it was easier to catch flies with sugar than with vinegar, so I did my best to suck it up and keep on the guys butt to progress with the car. It happened slowly but it got done.
