LMAO!! Ya know,,, I was thinking the exact same thing. If your a PROFESSIONAL, what LEARING EXPIERENCE do you need to repair and paint a Car?
Unless he talking about learning new and creative ways to come up with LAME *** excuses as to why the car cant be finished. This just keeps getting more and more reveling about the lack of professionalism in that shop! SAD! VERY VERY SAD!
I do not know the back story on the repair but I must say that I only know what I saw in the video and what I read in this thread. My first thought was wow this guy has a bad attitude and has no place in a Buisness that customer service means everything. Then my second thought was this guy isn't doing himself any favors with this video. The way he was explaining himself and the way he placed his words he was on the defense from the start. And please do not make me share my opinion on the fact that he used the term learning experience about 5 times.
