Quick question re electrical ground

Default Quick question re electrical ground

Planning on installing heated seat pads and require suitable ground for heater, my question is will the seat bolt mounts provide a ground? If not where would be the closest and easiest ground? Thanks.

Can't you just check it with a voltmeter?

Thanks guys, I found info on line (should have done first) the seat bolts are suitable ground also bolts on vert waterfall are good too.
