So I've seen them advertised in magazines and catalogues. I've seen them in pictures. I've seen them in all colors and chrome. But I've never seen them in person or sat in a car with them in it... So my questions are: Who has 'em? Who hates 'em? Do they affect leg room? Do they get in the way of the top going up or down, or the top door functioning properly?
Any answers would be much appreciated, any pictures even more so.
As always thanks in advance for the direction and expertise.
I installed the 6pt RSD in my C6 and was very happy with it. I first tried the Wolf 6pt and the fitment was beyond horrible making it completely unusable. The RSD fit like a glove though. No ill effect what so ever.
I C5 now has a full 8.50 cage (dare I say the best fitting in the country) in it now so I can't really comment about bolt in stuff for the C5 I guess.
Check with your local pd they may not be st legal
Not a good thing to rack your head on if youre in an accident
If it were me id take it in somewhere and have them make it right never seen a mail order one that fit or looked good.
Are these true roll bars or the harness bar bolt in type stuff?

I've only seen the bolt in stuff... but as much as I love chrome I might have to have the real deal put in, if it doesnt compromise leg room.
I have a Wolfe 6Pt bar for my Vert. Only use it for track days. Fitment is so so. Limits seat movement to the rear. Would not consider it for everyday driving. On a positive note, it installs easily.
