Purchased some racedeck flooring from a neighbor of mine who sold a property recently that had a large garage/workshop. They are racedeck XL tiles and although they have some age on them they were in great shape. Used a table saw to trim the pieces to fit. I have 200 sq feet left over.... I may do my 8x16 shed next. Looks awesome with the Vette! Enjoy!
thought about doing that a couple years ago but was concerned about water/snow dripping from car and getting under the tiles . does this happen ?? had the floor epoxied for $6.50 a square foot and wish i'd just put in plain old house flooring tiles . . peace
I have had my garage done for over ten years now and it still looks great. I give it a good cleaning twice a year and the rain and snow just melts and drains away as the underside has accommodations for drainage.
I even installed a four post lift on right on top of the tiles, drilled right through the tiles into the concrete.
I have the Diamond Alloy in my garage, purchased from Racedeck at the Goodguys Nationals in Columbus Ohio, it was discounted 25%, was shipped free & the transition pieces were also free with the purchase.
Only issue I have is my Nitto Invo's leave marks on the floor due to the soft compound of the tires.

I looked at one brand of garage tile and while the tiles were a good price, the company said I needed all the other layers under the tile which came to a total 4 times the price of the tile. My guess is none of those other things are needed but it would be good to know for sure.
