Did this happen after rain or washing your car.? Have you cleaned the udders lately? If water doesn't drain from the cowl the wiper motor will flood and cause erratic wipers.

I cleaned out the udders below the wiper motor when I got the car in June. Still need to do the one by the battery. The ones I cleaned were stopped up and probably are the reason for My problem now! I still love this car!

Just replace the motor.. It is not that difficult to do the repair your self.. And you want to only do it once.. New Part / Motor price is not that costly..
