Default Lowering bolts...

Ive been trying to find the answer to this, Ive searched and cant seem to come up with the answer. Does the front not need lowering bolts if I want to go lower then what stock bolts offer? Are there any problems that occur with that? Also how hard is it to install new lowering bolts if I get the kit? Thanks

many times the bolt gets seized in the leaf springs. if they are tight spray the bolts with penetrating lube and let sit a few days. people have simply just removed the front bolts. then u need to put something in between so the leaf doesn't rub directly on the control arm. what I did is cut the rubber bumper on the front bolts and used grade 8 longer bolts for the rear with a nylon lock nut. they sell bolt kits that simplify it but its really not necessary. after lowering it its a real good idea to get an alignment. lowing the cars to much will mess up the suspension geometry.. from my research I am about as low as you can go with out ruining the handling.. another 1/2" lower on my car would look perfect, but I don't wanna compromise the handling.
