I'm assuming this is not a race car. First thing that comes to mind is excessive vibration and noise, the reason mounts typically have some type of absorbent material like rubber or polyurethane in them. I wouldn't suggest going to solids.

racecar in the making. but for now its my daily driver
If you go with solid mounts you will regret it even in a race car they are not necessary
Not so!
I run solid motor mounts in both of my C-5's and the vibration is not bad like others say, on occasion it might vibrate but I also run a big cam.
Needed to replace the mounts because on launch we were getting a "bang or pop" from to flexing of the stock mounts that would travel to the back wheels on a hard launch. After replacing, both cars have not have the problem again. My cars are also cutting 1.34 - 1.36 60 foot times.

what transmission and rear gears are you running to cut a 1.3x 60ft?? thats incredible
I'm also running a sizeable cam in my car. Thunder racing T-Rex grind.. 242/248 duration, .610 lift, 110 lsa... love it.
I think going with the solid mounts will be good for you then, they are not as bad as you might think at an idle but the tune means a lot.
Best of luck!!
