Are you doing the work or are you paying someone to do the work??
A lot more to be done than just unbolting the A4 and bolting in the M6.
There were a couple threads last year on doing this swap in a 98 vert as I recall. Pretty detailed info. Search for it...........
If it were me and I had to have a manual trans I would be looking to trade my auto C5 for a manual C5. JMHO
