I put some new bulbs in my high beams on a 2001. Hadn't looked at the aim against a wall before but now both beams are high, especially the drivers side. At about ten feet from wall it is 5-6 inches higher than the low beams. Housing appears fine, can the reflector come loose inside?
Remove the bulbs and install them again. You probably don't have them seated flat, properly, in the sockets. One of the two tabs is not seated correctly, causing the bulb tip to be below horizontal. Take a look in front the front and see if you can see this. This is a common problem and if they were aimed properly before you changed the bulbs, YOU did it.
And try not to touch the glass bulbs with bare fingers - the oil transferred to the glass bulbs will cause them to prematurely blow from excess heat.
Most people follow the recommendation to be 25' from the wall with the top of the beam at headlight height.
