No reason to be sad. The "30" mark used to be a sad day when it meant a person was celebrating their 30th birthday... thus being "over the hill".
A C5 is hardly "over the hill" at 30K miles. And many (including myself) might even claim that the car isn't being driven enough!
My '02 hit the "30" mark about 95,000 miles ago! The only sad day(s) were the ones when I couldn't drive it.

Know how you feel.. Mine experienced this sad day a year and a half ago. Now it is only 2500 away from 40K. Trying my best not to get there.
