Sad day...

Longtime lurker but I did make a few posts when deciding, based on a Carfax, which Vette to buy. Anyway, I bought my beauty with 28k and change on it two months ago, and this happened today (no, I did not snap the pic, my daughter did from the passenger seat

). Sad day indeed...

Sad day? No way, your driving it. Got my 99 Coupe last March with 15,500 it now has 26,000. I can't wait to add more miles.

Nothing sad about hitting any mileage milestone in a C5.

I feel ya. I've put 1k on mine since I bought it in January. It's up to 9,5xx miles on it now and the idea of rolling over 10k miles is sad in a sense. On the other side, I bought it so I could enjoy a brand new C5 Z06 and I fully intend to rack up the miles on her.

I guess I made a huge mistake today since I picked up my second C5, a '99 Light Pewter M6 vert with 140,190 on the clock. Anything but a sad day here!
