If all you want is new exhaust tips, just check with the major parts vendors here on the forum. They sell them, usually as a bolt on part (using screws). I would consider getting them tack welded if you go that route. A good exhaust shop can do the job without really seeing the weld spot and can get them straight.
Another option, although a lot more expensive, is to find a used aftermarket catback system that you like and ditch the stock one. The better sound is well worth the cost IMO.
