I like the Euro tail lights and side markers on Torch Red as they lend some contrast but I agree the fogs should come off if you're allowed. I think your side skirts and splitter are great so I would encourage you to leave them be. It's very cool they let you use US-format tags there - I'm surprised it's allowed.

Wouldn't it be easier to get a US bumper rather than do the bodywork? That way you only have to deal with paint or is that too costly?

He's in France so sourcing a rear fascia might be more challenging.

I really like it, looks great on your RED car, gives it an 'accent' touch cause it stands out. Won't have the same effect on darker cars, even mine.

The problem is the shipping cost and taxes + 25% (VAT and douanes)
In US the rear bumper about 700 $ , to France about 1700 euros ......

Thank you very much for your appreciations, it is true that the red torch allows a lot of things .

That is what I was wondering. If it didn't cost so much, then a new US bumper would be the way to go. Good luck with the body work! The diffuser and whole car look great.

It would be necessary that Europe and especially France easy the market with the US.

I've been trying to get Pete to do a urethane rear fascia with an integrated ducktail spoiler and we are almost there but I should ask if he can integrate a diffuser in while he's at it.

Btw, where are you located - I see the CA tag but the number format is wrong and the photo setting is throwing me off as well. Great shots, though!
If he does the Extreme bumper in urethane, you're there. With the exception of the duck tail it's stock. You can then attach the urethane (or carbon) diffuser separate. That's what I was going to do, but ended up getting this spoiler instead because I thought it went better with the side skirts,

It would really be awesome if it were a functional diffuser though, and built into the rear fascia with the ducktail!

boinet, Bienvenue sur le forum.
Your modifications look very well done, and I agree that the rear fog lights do look more like ones that belong on a truck. I know it is a financial problem importing parts from the US. There is a Greek company producing body parts for the C5 but I don't know if they make a rear fascia or not, or if importing from Greece would be any less expensive for you.
Bonne chance.

Greece is part of the EU (seeing the financial situation of Greece is not a good thing)
Do you have the name of the company or an internet address?
