Okay, unless you're adding more clear coat, then you're removing it, or a filler is being used to fill the scratches. Those are the only possible ways of making scratches disappear, or am I supposed to believe this stuff is magic?
why don't you call Neil and find out for yourself ????? I don't care what you think or believe, I know what it does and was told to keep it to myself !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

If it is all that good, then why "keep it to yourself"?
Wouldn't you want your fellow forum members in on the secret?
I am going to ask the one person(Bill, ET) who probably knows about scratches, and clear coat, better than anyone else, and his fantastic corvette is perhaps the best example ever posted on this forum as to what a finish should look like.
When any one can show me a better example than the finish on his corvette, then I will take notice.

do you know the recipe for Coke, KFC ????????? Neil has been detailing all his life !!! some others just think they know everything ???? Zanio is a good product, I like the ease of Chadwick's /// simple as that !!!!
I honestly don't think that ET is the expert on scratches. Yes his car is nice, but he isn't the chemical guy who made the stuff he is using. Asking the source as Pounder says is the best way to get the answers you seek.
Pounder was given an opportunity to test the product and it sounds that with it came some proprietary information that would be considered trade secret so others don't attempt to copy. Let's respect that and move on.
Everyone will have their opinions about what is the best. Either talk to the source, try it for yourself, or stick with whatever you already know and love.

My ponit is, if it's a secret, why mention it at all.
That's like, "I got a secret, but I'M not going to tell you what it is.
Then why bring it up in the first place?

Do you consider everything you don’t fully understand magic?
I have a few guesses on how it may work if it doesn’t take any of the clear off but they’re only guesses. If it gets rid of the swirl marks and doesn’t come back first time you wash the car who cares how it works, trade secret or not I wouldn’t care.
If it’s easy to use and it actually works I would keep it a secret also.

Bob.
it's because all of you don't believe that it works, and the reply was simply it does not take any clear coat off and it's a trade secret, and AGAIN if you want answers call Neil !!!! SIMPLE !!!!!!!!!!!
so if you don't know primary colors will show more and deeper shine, such as red, yellow, blue !!!! so a red car will out shine a silver car any day !!!! this is my Wife's ZO 6 no paint Correction, just CTP. this car sees more abuse in one weekend (AutoX) than you know who's has seen in it's lifetime !!!!! this was a quick Chadwick clean after I
worked on it the last few days !!!
Over the years I have heard and tend too believe the statement that a good polish tends to move the clear. That how the swirls disappear and add to the shine. In my case after 20 years of a polish I haven’t noticed a loss of clear

All the swirl marks in my paint I may have to “move” some clear from another car
