Hi all, been thinking about doing the titamium exhaust bypass to my standard c-5 exhaust. Has anyone done this and knows how it might sound and is there possibly a kit to do this? Just grabbin at straws, any and all help appreciated.

If you have just the standard (non-Ti) exhaust, any competent muffler shop should be able to fix you up. I would imagine that the sound would be a bit louder with the bypass installed.
I did it to my c5. I have headers, so it's probably a little louder than yours would be. I like it a lot, no drone at all and quiet at cruising speeds. It sounds nice when you step on it though. Here's a clip:
Emissions relies on the cat, not the mufflers to my knowledge, but I don't have cats either
Yep, mufflers muffle; generally a straight thru pipe with chambers, perforated and sound insulated walls etc to reduce sound levels. They don't reduce emissions. That said, there may be sound bylaws that prevents no mufflers in certain areas.
