It does get the majority of it off but when blowing all the water out of the tail lights, door handles, or side mirrors you get to the point where there's just a little water left and instead of blowing it off the car it dries it on the spot leaving white mineral deposits on the car.
if my paint is not clean! the leaf blower will really tell you. I get MF towels at Costco $15 for big bag. Can't beat it.

Yes it is, I have been doing some practice wet sanding on a convertible deck lid I purchased, and purposely beat on the paint with different pads & both a random & a rotary and polish right to the edge & have yet to do any damage or buff through the clear.
