When the windows are down and I go over a bump, I hear a rattling. It sounds like metal on metal, almost like dangling house keys. I can't hear it when my windows are up. I had the rear sway bar links replaced, adjusted the heat shield and still am having the sound. I took it to a mechanic and he said he can't see anything else that it would be.
When I bought my 02 Z06 the person I bought it from told me that the rear exhaust hanger springs would cause a rattle on deceleration... They definitely do rattle on deceleration, and there is a fix on this forum... I just haven't gotten around to it yet.
The noise you described (keys rattling) is almost exactly the noise I hear. I can't say for sure this is the same thing you are experiencing, but hopefully this gives you guidance.
If it's cause is mostly bump related, not accel or decel, then my first guess would be either the front (near cats) or rear (before axles by donuts) exhaust hangers. Both are prone to rattle as generally only one is doing the support work, the other free to make noise.
If it is under accel or decel my guess changes to add a third option; the H-pipe jingle.
I had the exact same thing for a couple of months. I finally got underneath the car and noticed that that the 2 bolts you tighten the rear of the H-Pipe into(or X-pipe) were a little loose. I tightened them, but also sprayed silicone spray on the springs they go into. No more jingle sound
I should possibly note that when I got the car, it had a corsa axle back. I've since added headers and xpipe, but the sound has always been there.
Did you install the headers? If so did you remove the front hangers with springs? They were jangling on my car. Removed them and had an exhaust shop put in some standard rubber isolated hangers by the rear before the axles.

Consider checking the window tracks?
Dealer adjust the window tilt after replacing the weatherstrip, now something in the adjustment path for same rattles when the window is down and I'm on a bumpy road.
