Default Tires

I have an 02 vert . I purchased the SR1 Chrome Bullet Wheels 18x8.5 front and 19x10 rears. Supposibly they are for c5/c6 models with no adapters are spacers needed unless its Z06 OR ZR1 model .I will put 285x35x19 on rears . I am having trouble on deciding on what size tires will look good on fronts without any rubbing or odometer thrown off or to wide or to narrow .Please help !!!!

I googled those wheels to see what they looked like and RVETTE42 had some for sale a couple years ago, you might can try and pm him to see what tires he had.

Just to give you an idea, i have pretty much the same wheel fitment and am running 275/35/18 fronts and 305/30/19 rears if you decide you want to go a little wider in the rear i think its a nice set up.

As long as you stay inside or flush with the wheel openings and have between a .5" to 1.5" stagger between front and back overall diameter on the setup, a little wider tire would look good.

If the wheels are c5 fitment then you shouldn't need spacers.
