Does anyone know what this is? What is it for?

It is there to drive Corvette owners crazy until they have to ask the question. The part is common with the F body (Trans Am, Camaro) cars. They use the mount, we don't.

Crazy, for sure. I was thinking that maybe I was missing something. So, it is of some use in the Camaro and the Firebird. Okay, cool. Thanks.

It's just the mounting pad for Cable Drive Throttle Body.. We have electronic drive by wire

Does anyone know what this flange/ bracket is for? It is bolted to the two rear intake manifold bolts?
