Financing A C5??

It would be nice if I could ever buy a car from a dealer or someone that doesn't treat me like crap. So what if I can't pay cash 12k in cash for a C5. The seller doesn't know me. I didn't pay anything upfront in cash for my C4 or C5. From the posts in here I guess that means I'm too poor to replace the tires, brakes, clutch, or just about anything else. If I'm that poor, how did I replace the clutch twice (once for the LT1, and once when installing the LS), swap in an LS that was built for the car, replace the tires 3 times, replaces the brake pads/rotors front/rear, change the gear ratio, add coil over suspension, and more? If I'm that poor how was I able to afford a new radio, and speakers for the C5?
