I have a late model 2003 Z06 that I just found out has yellow valve springs. I want to get this taken care of at some point. What are a good set of valve springs I should use? Also I would replace the valve seals as well.
I used a set of blue chevy ls1/ls6 valve springs and FelPro valve seals. I used the TDC method to hold up the valves and a Comp Cams spring compressor.
Maybe the air tool as it will be part of a compression gauge set but the valve spring tool no. They will have a cheap claw style that's more like a disposable razor than a tool. If the spring pops out of that contraption it can break your teeth or lose and eye.
