I doubt any other sports car can claim the kind of versatility the Corvette can. The trunk is as large as most sedans, if not bigger. The hatchback Corvette is especially easy to stuff things in. I was able to stuff a 5 foot long standing desk into my Corvette, which I'm sure I would not have been able to do in a sedan.
SADs (Slow and Dangerous) are practical if you have a family or just like driving slow in the far left lane while talking and texting on your cell phone (at least that is what they do in Atlanta).
Corvettes are practical if you do not have kids to haul and want a performance machine that puts the fun in driving.
The storage space is one of the reasons I went with the Targa C5 over a Cayman or Boxster or Z06. My mom had a stroke a few years back and being able to throw a foldable wheelchair in the back is very nice. I can also fit my guitar and an amp when I gig with the band. I'm not sure I could do any of that with any other 2 seater.

Chris - I agree that the C5, especially the coupe, has a lot more storage space than many other vehicles. I know I have gone on trips before and had quite a bit of stuff in the back end of the car.
Many may not know this, one of the design criteria for the C5 Corvette ( in 1991) was to be able to put 2 regular size (14 clubs) golf bags in the trunk for both the convertible and coupe.
My wife and I love watching your videos! Keep up the great work. Your videos are getting better and better in regards to quality and content. What I would like to see is your car on a Dyno!!!! Make it happen!

Thank you for the support. I would also like to see it on the dyno! I'm waiting for the next open dyno night. It's going to happen.
