I am gonna say 24K should get it and would be fair market price. You will find many examples where the seller is asking for more but I think that is about what most cars of that ilk would sell at.

I agree with the consensus of between 20-25. Somewhere in the middle to upper end (22-24) would probably be a fair price if the required maintenance has been kept up on the car and hopefully it is on its' second set of tires.
