It also depends on the year of your C5, older C5 tpms are more expensive than later model C5 tpms.
I recently purchased one for my 99 from Advance Auto Parts for just $47 shipped (They had a 25% off coupon pop up). It was the cheapest I found.

I would urge you caution in purchasing anything but Schrader or AC Delco brand TPMS. 
While you may be able to find brands out there for less $$, training them to your car is going to cause you plenty of headaches. Many horror stories on the Forum by members that bought non OEM brands and then were unable to train them to the car.
