tire pressure
I have a 2002 Z06 and I run the stock tires at 30psi when autocrossing. I'm having excellent results I'm just wondering what pressure everyone else is running. They are getting a little melted looking on the side edges - is that what everyone else is experiencing?

I run 30 all around ... no racing or autocrossing. Autocrossing will put a lot of extra wear on the outer edges of the tires because in a hard turn the tire tends to 'roll' laterally a little, exposing more of the tire edge to the pavement and putting a lot of extra force there. The tires also tend to get a bit softer when hot, which would accelerate the wear.
