That might be hard to find, cause for shop to Chevy emblem on your seats calls for license, to do embroidery logo's. That is why you see certain venders selling a set with the logo's.
You might want to look on e-bay, there was someone selling C5 & C6 emblems iron on's to the headrest.

Check with a local auto upholstery shop - if they can’t do It, perhaps they have contacts at an embroidery shop that they can sub-contract out to for your design.

Yeah, I've checked with three in my area and so far no go. Ridies told me they can do it, so I might have to have them do it.

I've had custom embroidery done by a sports shop that does custom work on jerseys and hockey bags.... on our old Iroc, purple stitching on the headrest of the new black leather seat covers we had made.... just sayin maybe try some of those guys....
