Let it be known that your theory is based of your car and well it’s a sad sad car begging for some real love ..how many miles you got on it ? 200k when u bought it used and abused ? And still haven’t given the car some love ....Drive a stock car like it’s all hype and it’s has no hype a muscle car with no muscle ...But hey when they my **** roll up they like wtf is that ??? It’s a UFO 🛸 r some **** ....the jaws just drop shining, blowing 52mm off stunting on 20’s big dawg ...why u rolling on ? 17& 18 mixed copper Oe wheels ? With Pits ? Hahaha ! And a Walmart exhaust ....only cost him 25k guys lol ...wow I’m so done with you ...

Again you fail to read the context of stock corvette which I guess 3/4 stock isn’t 4/4 or 100% stock ...

I know what I have, one day it will be worth up to 40k

A 40 year old, mass produced C5 will never be worth $40k unless inflation takes the dollar down to the level of Yen. Mods don't increase value they decrease collectors value. Who really cares though? We all own 20(ish) year old mass produced sports cars that are now 3 generations old and are called the "performance bargain" car by just about every magazine and online new outlet ever. The prices on these cars are not going back up; unless of course you have a legit C5R.

I think a 100% stock Vette with really low miles gets 40k and in 20 years gets maybe 2x that ..in 100% prestige condition....I mean mint ...oh the c5r definitely fetched a penny ...a nice 1

Should rename this thread add in build specification and value for mods ....would maybe be more helpful to those seeking a profit as well as potential losses..
I say in stock form the z51 fetches 17500 today of listed ...which is 7500 on the profit margins ....Thats 3 years ..side note I’ve kept all stock parts including bolts / screws misc other things head gaskets hoarding to a small degree...just in case 20 years later I just want to see it back to all stock everything ever listened on the rpo including the front spoiler splitter thing ding ....hahaha wow some people are just shot on value and what it means ....as a whole...You see the day someone buys a car it’s value is what it’s advertised to be and if your only capable a to poorly advertise it then your return would also be poor ...Year and value specific ...Fixed Roofs Yes , Z51 Year 00 only All options only Yes, 1st year and last year Z06 yes, C5R and of course the Aztecs ......other c5’s are just scrap...

again my c5 is in a climate controlled garage and will remain there for another 20 years to then be sold at barrett's Jackson. According to a theory I read online somewhere we're hoping to get at least 40k.
Mind you, it will be washed and wax with the finest products known to man every week. It will be a museum piece or better yet something that belongs in the Smithsonian.
