The price is certainly negotiable and those look to be good quality mods with good records, according to the seller.
If it runs, drives, and looks good, and you like it, it’s worth what you are willing to pay.
Looks like he is trying to get some of the money back that he spent on the car. My question would be why is he selling a car that he just recently spent all that money on?
I agree, what is the reason he is selling? Those mods are serious $$$. I had a supercharged 383 in my 98, damn that thing was fast. I'm sure this one is too. But, $25,000 is a lot of money for a C5. Maybe $22,000?
I am always leary of someone who spends a ton of money on mods on a car that is 18 years old, then turns around and sells it. I am not sure any highly modified car is worth the money. You mod a car for your use, don't expect someone else to reimburse you for your expense. From what I have seen on the market that car is probably over priced. But if you like it and it is everything you want buy it. Just don't expect to make money on it.
