When I installed the LMC5, had some difficulties. Called Richard at Compliance and he immediately got on the phone and guided us through the install, step by step. Got it right with Richards assistance. He took all the time needed, no attitude, and very patient. I can't say enough good things about his customer service. Short circuit the problems by going to Richard directly, he'll get it done for you. Good luck!
